Precimold has standardized on Engel molding machines. Almost all of its Engels are equipped with parts removal robots or sprue pickers. 
A CNC mill is used primarily to make EDM electrodes, but also precision machines molded parts. This picture shows the making of electrodes to EDM cavities for aspherical polycarbonate lenses.
Precimolds molding machines include a 300-tonner. This picture shows a new Nissei 7-tonner used for micromolding.
An example of an eight cavity family mold. Each of the eight different parts, designed by Precimold, required a cam action to interlock with each other. The final assembly had no screws or other fasteners. The finished product, part of a subway ticket validation system, also was assembled at Precimold.

Precimold designs and builds SHARED MOLD FRAME production tools. They consist of standardized mold frames and core/cavity inserts that can be square, rectangular, or round, like this one for a glass filled polyester gear.
MICROMOLDING. The part in the centre is a wristwatch component. The white parts surrounding it are .0005g 'plugs' molded with a four cavity subgated mold. Surrounding those are red .0050g 'standoffs' molded with a twenty cavity subgated mold, each part  with a cavity identification number molded in.

Hot stamping.
These polypropylene cosmetics containers are hot runner molded. Precimold runs them with NO taper inside and NO taper outside. STRAIGHT!
Top right hand photo shows parts that each weigh one half of one thousandth of a gram. Below that is a  30 and 25 per cent glass filled nylon bearing retainer where the mold has run for 20 years. The mold has yet to show signs of wear.
