QUALITY
Quality
control covers all aspects of the company's
operation, commencing with mold design, production
processes and final inspection of completed
products.
A dedicated
quality control staff of 7 support the manufacturing
operation. In process inspection, finished product
audits and maintenance of the statistical process
control are performed.
A key
ingredient of the quality control program is the
continuous updating of equipment using the latest
developments in machine and computer designs. In
addition, preventative maintenance is routine on all
equipment.
Molds are
dismantled, inspected, maintained and prepared for storage
in an environmentally controlled storage area. Molds are
lifetime unconditionally guaranteed providing they are built
at Precimold. The resultant effect of these two aspects
being critical on time delivery being met and net reduction
in cost to the customer due to the absence of lost
production otherwise caused by mold inefficiencies or
breakages.
